Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at thomas.acahoua@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Food Safety All Zama Jerky products are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality during transit. If you have any concerns about the condition of your products upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
